Black Love Day: Presents Love Your Melanin
which is going to be a spoken word event where students and groups can share their work.
This event will feature Kai Davis. She is a writer and performer from Philadelphia who attends Temple University.
Her work has been featured at San Francisco Opera House,
The Kimmel Center, The Temple Performing Arts Center and on CNN. Kai Davis’ work deals with the topics of race, gender and
sexuality. Her aim is to explore how it affects who we are and how we love.
