A Closer Look at the KAWS X Air Jordan 4

The KAWS Jordan 4 is primarily made up of premium gray suede. The collaborative design features a glow-in-the-dark outsole and KAWS’ signature “XX” logo on the heel and lace tips and comes complete with custom footbeds and subtle embroidery throughout. The design even comes accompanied by special hangtags and packaging while “KAWS” branding graces the inside of the tongue on the left shoe in place of the usual “AIR JORDAN”.

As we await an official Jordan Release Date for the upcoming KAWS x Air Jordan 4, many are beginning to speculate as to when the collaborative shoe will drop. Most pegged Air Max Day 2017 as a potential launch date, which isn’t hard to believe. It’s been confirmed the shoe will release this month, as select pairs are already finding their way to Jordan Brand affiliates.

Cognac label Hennessy unveils an exclusive V.S bottle designed by NY artist KAWS. As any KAWS fan would expect, the ‘Very Special’ cognac bottle is adorned with signature KAWS imagery including chomper teeth, “X X” eyes and colorful graphics that mix geometry and cartoon, right down to the SpongeBob eyeball. Look for the limited edition bottle to arrive at select outlets in the coming week.
